On Thursday, September 29, 2016 brothers from the Long Valley Knights of Columbus participated in the opening ceremony for the kickoff of the 40 Days for Life movement. The demonstration was held in front of a Planned Parenthood facility on Speedwell Ave. in Morristown. The crowd of pro-lifers swelled to approximately 100 despite the rain and included Brothers Tom Sanders, Tony DeStefano, Mike Schaffer and Dan Flaherty.  The crowd of peaceful protesters was invited to sign the 40 Days for Life bus as a show of support.

The 40 Days for Life organization is active in all 50 states, 23 foreign countries and is growing.
The protest will continue in Morristown and throughout our country for the next 39 days. Stop by and pray for God’s children.
