On Monday, December 18^th, the Long Valley Knights of Columbus, Council 10419, brought three truckloads of donated clothing and kitchen items to the Fr English Center in Paterson, NJ. The Long Valley Knights also had the privilege of donating a check for $2,000.00 to the Center to help it rebuild after its recent fire. We hope that our efforts help to improve the lives of the families served by the Center. In the picture from left to right are Grand Knight, Mike Lennon, Maria Malave de la Paz, Catholic Family and Community Services, Community Chair Walt Lublanecki and Chancellor Charlie Van Stone.

On Tuesday, December 19^th,  members of the Council were at the Fr. English Center helping with Santa Clause day. Brother Bobby Scanga, dressed as Santa Clause, visited the preschool class rooms in the morning and the aftercare children in the afternoon. Brothers John Groel, Walt Lublanecki and our District Deputy, Lou Monteforte, gave out candy canes and helped with sorting toys.
