ROCKAWAY RIGHT TO LIFE JOG/WALK

This morning Dan Flaherty participated in a Right To Life jog/walk. The jog itself was conducted around Park Lake in Rockaway, NJ, just one block from St. Cecilia’s RC Church.  Prior to the event all participants attended Mass at St. Cecilia’s. The pastor spoke passionately about how precious all life is and then he led everybody to Park Lake where the joggers went out in front of the walkers.  The pastor led the walkers and they prayed the rosary and carried RTL signs.

At the conclusion of the event all participants met back at Hayes Hall, St. Cecilia’s for closing ceremonies and some refreshments. By my estimate at least 100, if not more, supporters of RTL matters participated.  Many photos were taken and this will probably be posted in the Beacon and a local newspaper.
